We're locals, so it was about time we discovered some new places! Tonight it was Suraj's turn, and what a pleasant surprise... the decor is unique yet simple; the service is very friendly; and finally, the food... a real treat! The cheese naan is generous and flavorful. We ordered two chicken dishes, a chili butter and a korma: both were delicious. Even the banana lassi was well-made. And the bill was reasonable. What more could you ask for?

We came to eat in. We were already familiar with the restaurant, having ordered takeout several times, and we were very satisfied. But when we came to eat in, not only was it more expensive, but it was also more expensive. For example, a good tandoori chicken leg, which costs €9 to take out, was €15 to eat in. The rice was served in much smaller containers than the takeout trays. The onion fritters were tiny, even though I had just asked how many there were. I was told "7-8," but they were actually pea-sized fritters for €8, even though they weighed about 200g. In general, it's really expensive for the portion sizes when you eat in and not profitable. I left feeling unsatisfied. When we asked the manager if there was an explanation for the price difference, he claimed it was the same as the takeout order. I suggest you weigh your portions, or reassess your prices because this is not honest.
