The beef and cheese skewers are the best around! The maki rolls are fresh and generous. The staff is friendly, we order often and are always delighted. For takeout, it's easy to park in front, and for delivery, the two drivers are very friendly. We highly recommend this restaurant.

26/03/2026: I should mention that I haven't rated the atmosphere because I only order delivery. I've ordered about ten times and I've never been disappointed. The only slight criticism I have about the food, and the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is that I've noticed that after eating Edoman cuisine, and often Asian food in general, my mouth is dry and I'm very thirsty. There's a wide variety of Japanese and Chinese specialties. The prices aren't excessive, and you can pay by check and even request that it be cashed on a specific date. For orders over a certain amount, they always offer a little something extra (a drink or dessert). Delivery takes a maximum of 30 minutes, but the delivery time is clearly stated when you order by phone. I will continue to order from them.
16/03/2026: I got takeout, the portions are generous and the toppings are just as fresh.
