Sushi Ciel has closed, and a piece of our horizon is fading. This place was not just a restaurant, but a haven of light and flavors, where each meal became a precious memory. Today, with Mr. Ung and all those who loved to walk through these doors, we mourn a fallen sky, but we hold in our hearts the tender radiance of what it left behind. LEGEND

At Sushi Ciel, you'll always receive a very warm welcome. The service is quick, and the food is good value for money: it's not Michelin-starred, but it's delicious and all-you-can-eat! The prices are very reasonable: two all-you-can-eat meals plus a bottle of wine = €25.55 per person. The couple who run the restaurant are very attentive and extremely friendly. It's a place we return to regularly without hesitation!

I'm revising my review; the restaurant is now impeccably clean. Everything has been renovated. The welcome was very pleasant, and it wasn't too crowded. After all, it's a typical holiday season. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The service was quite fast. The plates were new this time—finally, nice tableware for a good meal. However, the chopsticks, while clean, will need replacing fairly often as they've reached the end of their lifespan. This is to be expected with wooden or bamboo chopsticks. The food was good, excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. My only minor complaint is that I find the waitress or the owner speaks far too loudly while we're eating. It's a restaurant, after all; she should speak more quietly so that the customers can relax and enjoy their meals. Listening to the staff's conversation, even if they are Chinese, is still distracting after a while. Even when she was speaking with us, she always had a smile, was always very polite, and always attentive. This small detail could further enhance the restaurant: less noise with some soft background music. The prices are very reasonable, and the food is excellent. I 100% recommend this restaurant. I'm only removing one star because the waitress or the owner was speaking a little too loudly with her colleagues.

The prices are really low, and the food is really good, especially the beef and cheese skewers. The service is fast and the staff is very welcoming.

Lovely restaurateurs who take care of the regulars. It's not haute cuisine but the prices are extremely affordable and accommodating on certain menus when certain ingredients are removed/added. THANKS!

Definitely the best restaurant in Paris. We ate well, the value for money was superb, the restaurant owners were very friendly, and we were treated to a free language course! Yeah! 😊❤

The best Japanese restaurant in the 18th arrondissement.. the food is great, the team is friendly and the place is pleasant.

The person who took care of us was very friendly, smiling and helpful. The makis cut too big, too bad. Difficult to eat properly. The tuna tapanyaki... given the color of the tuna, we preferred not to eat it. The soup and coleslaw are very good, the spring rolls and gyoza too.

Je mange toujours ici,malgré l'absence de dessert le rapport qualité prix et formidable pour la formule à volonter,malgré qu'il y ai eu une hausse des prix depuis deux ans c'est toujours aussi abordable 12.80 euro pour un repas à volonté en 5 rounds ça vaut le coup. Sans parler des boeufs fromages et des brochette poulets tout est incroyablement bon et pour le prix que c'est ils méritent beaucoup plus de visiteurs. Malgré tout je rajoute aussi un point positif sur l'ambiance,c'est toujours très calme et le personnel et très sympa (jretiens le serveur qui a rigoler quand j'ai payer 80 centime en pièce de 1.)
