Sushi Mantes sur Mantes-La-Jolie

A pretty good experience for a first time at the restaurant. The skewers, sushi, and spring rolls were good, no complaints there. As for the drinks, we ordered Virgin Coladas, which had an overly acidic taste. I understand that the cocktails aren't made by them, but a little respect for the people who pay for them would be appreciated. They were so bad I didn't even finish my drink. It's unacceptable that an all-you-can-eat buffet doesn't have spring roll sauce; it's practically a basic requirement. And finally, the staff don't pay attention to the customers; some are on their phones, and others have headphones on. In short, I have mixed feelings. I'll try it again, hoping things will improve.

I think there isn't enough sauce and I think we pay a lot for something that isn't well-garnished.

The food is quite good for an all-you-can-eat restaurant, but apart from fairly fast service, customer service is far from satisfactory; it's difficult to get a smile or attention from the server, which is a shame.

The place is spacious and the waitress at the front of the house is friendly. However, the food is very mediocre, with far too much rice for too little fish. The gyoza were soaked in oil… For the price, there are better options nearby.
