Sushi Resto sur Marseille

Whenever I'm craving sushi, I automatically go to Sushi Resto, it never fails! (It never fails either ;) )

On a Friday evening at 7:30 pm, we were quite surprised to find the restaurant completely empty. The atmosphere was therefore very quiet, perhaps even a little too quiet. One minor negative point regarding the service: a woman dining alone wanted to sit at a table for four, even though it was literally just her and us in the restaurant. The waitress asked her to move, explaining that other customers were expected, but no one arrived for the rest of the meal. It wasn't a major issue, but it gave a somewhat cold and unprofessional impression, especially when the dining room was empty. On the other hand, the food was good. The maki rolls were well-presented, the dishes were flavorful, and the prices were generally reasonable. The only downside was the sashimi: the portions were really small compared to what one would expect, although, ultimately, for the price, they were still acceptable. So, mixed feelings, but rather positive about the food: good meal, reasonable prices, but the dining experience could be a bit warmer and more relaxed. (The customer preferred to leave.)

Absolutely delicious! The service was a bit hit-or-miss simply because my daughter and I had a Smartbox gift voucher that included starters, main courses, and desserts, but there we were only entitled to one starter and one main course. That said, it was very, very good; the ingredients were fresh. In short, they truly deserve these stars 🌟
