Sushido sur Reims

Nice surprise! It's very good and the staff are lovely for a more than reasonable price: for example a menu for 13.50 for coleslaw, miso soup, a bowl of rice, 8 sushis, 5 different meat skewers... Perfect !

Impeccable service. Smiling waitress, really very nice. The dishes were very good and plentiful. Good value for money. We were passing through.

Sushido was decent by all means. The fish was fresh and the staff was very helpful, polite and speaking fluent English. I could not give five stars because I see some missed potential in the restaurant: 1. We ordered the big boat - in the menu picture it is quite full and rich, while in reality there were many empty places. The fish slices were rather small'ish. I'd suggest increasing the boat price and serving it reach as it is your top-demo dish. 2. Along with the boat there were hot skewers. The thing is that if you eat (cold) sushi first, the hot skewers will get cold in the meantime. Also when you order the top dish, the skewers should be the top quality (ie. Scallops instead of two times chicken [with bones] and minced pork) 3. Atmosphere - there were speakers in the ceiling, but no music, so we could hear each conversation. (But not necessarily understand it in French :) ) We will definitely come back again when we are around and see if you reconsider some menu options. Overall we found in Sushido good sushi for good value.

Inrichting niet direct imponerend eerder bijna armzalig. De bediening daarentegen is meer dan oké: vriendelijk, snel en ingetogen. De miso soep heb ik laten staan, die was absoluut niet naar behoren. De sushi daarentegen was heerlijk en over de wijn ga je ons zeker niet horen klagen: Pinot gris AOC henri weber €17 (prijs/kwaliteit)!

Being a big fan of sushi and having tested several brands, they are the best in Reims, the value for money is excellent and the dishes are of great quality, I recommend 100%!!
