Excellent food! We had a meat bento and shrimp gyoza, along with bubble tea and an iced coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed it, and the prices are very reasonable considering the quantity and quality of the food. It was my first time there, but I'll definitely be back! The staff is very helpful and friendly. 😁

I've been coming to this bubble tea shop for several months now, and usually, I have absolutely no complaints. I generally get the brown sugar or taro, and I've always been satisfied: the drinks are good, and I've always received a warm welcome and good service. However, on my last visit, the experience was a little different. That day, a different server was preparing the bubble tea. I ordered my usual taro, but I noticed that the taro cream was much harder and more compact than usual, to the point that it didn't have the same texture at all as on my previous visits. So I mentioned this to the server, who told me it was normal because the cream had just come out of the refrigerator. I can understand that there might be a difference in texture, but having had this bubble tea here regularly, I know it's not normally like that. What I disliked most was the way my comment was received, which I found rather unpleasant and unhelpful. He eventually offered to change my drink, which I did, and I ordered a brown sugar coffee, which was decent. So I'm giving it 4/5 because, overall, I've always had good experiences at this café and I'll probably continue to go. But this last experience, particularly the waiter's attitude that day, was a bit disappointing. I just hope it remains an isolated incident, because until now I've always been very satisfied.

I've been going there since they opened 11 years ago, and it's still just as good, affordable, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming! They regularly have events and new things. Perfect for afternoons of board games and bubble tea with friends. You're my safe place, thank you! 🩷

A pleasant and welcoming place. My children and I came for lunch. The portions were generous and delicious. The staff was welcoming and attentive. There were games and manga to read while waiting, which was great because we enjoyed that! They also have a loyalty card for the bubble tea, which is good! I recommend it!

Their bubble tea brown sugar crème brûlée is a must-try!
