Friendly welcome and very nice room, but some limitations in terms of food and the pool when it's crowded.

A pleasant stay in the countryside, just a few kilometers from the Château de Chantilly. A magnificent Mercure hotel with very elegant decor, a very comfortable room, and welcoming staff. Thank you.

The experience was excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is renovated, very well maintained, and it's clear they place great importance on cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff, who were always smiling. The only downside was the soundproofing of the rooms; we could hear everyone in the parking lot and in the hallway leading to the rooms.

A very relaxing weekend for two. The hotel is well located, just an 8-minute drive from the city center. As for the hotel itself, the room was spacious with a comfortable bed (just a few stains on the sheet). The spa pool is quite large, but I think it could use more lounge chairs and towel racks so everyone has enough space. The hammam and sauna were excellent (seating four people). The restaurant is charming and the food is very good! Breakfast offered a good selection! Very happy with our weekend!

This past year, my partner and I have stayed at this hotel several times, and we are always delighted and very satisfied with the place, the room, and especially the welcome, whether at reception or in the restaurant. The staff are always smiling and attentive to our well-being. So this time, we would like to thank and congratulate Gaetan, Valentin, Didi, and Lucien. We apologize to anyone we may have forgotten. I booked a night at this hotel through the Staycation app. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We were in room 300. However, I felt the lobby wasn't up to four-star standards. The walls were dilapidated on the third floor, our bottle of still water was empty, and the spa wasn't good for a four-star hotel. I found the sauna and hammam only had seating for three people at a time, and the pool wasn't heated properly. I think the Calliceo in Lieusaint is much better. On the other hand, the common areas were very nice, as was the bar area. There was a pianist in the evening, which was also very nice. Nevertheless, I don't think I'll return because of the problems with the rooms. For me, it didn't live up to four-star standards in terms of the room and the lobby.
