A sleek, warm and relaxing hotel

Absolutely perfect. A very nice establishment, perfect for a leisure weekend.

Very nice area, large rooms, beautiful and quiet place - 30 minutes walk away from the Château de Chantilly and town center. Good breakfast. When time comes to renew some of the equipment in the fitness room: please consider Concept2 rowing machine, which are the reference for rowers, instead of generalist firness equipment.

Although the staff were pleasant, we were very disappointed. The hotel has been redesigned to cater to team-building events rather than individual guests. The prestige room is simple and fairly spacious; however, the bathroom is in dire need of renovation: the grout and magnifying mirror are badly damaged, the faucets are worn (risk of cuts), the bathtub is too high (making it difficult with a baby), the towel warmer is too narrow/long enough, and there's not enough space for toiletries. The spa itself is basic, the steamer is far too powerful, making it impossible to stay in for very long. As for the restaurant, the selection is much more limited. The concept is nice, but it's not ideal for a multi-day stay. The value for money is also poor; we expected higher quality, and for dinner, we were served frozen fries—a real letdown for the "semi-gastronomic" menu. We ended up eating out for the following days. On the plus side: The location is beautiful and pleasant for walks.
