Ta Kladia sur Cargese

Delicious, excellent! We ordered a cheeseburger and a ribeye steak, both with delicious homemade fries. My burger was made with really good ground beef, and my partner's ribeye melted in your mouth! We paired our meal with two 25cl Monacos, perfectly chilled. To finish, we shared a truly delicious chocolate fondant, generously served with whipped cream and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Yum! The portion was quite large and more than enough for two people. The waitress was super friendly and fantastic. I highly recommend it!

The staff were fantastic, we had a wonderful meal, the grilled octopus was delicious, and the sea view was magnificent.

I have to divide my review into breakfast and dinner. Dinner was truly excellent; the burgers were absolutely fantastic, and the pizza was incredibly delicious. No exaggeration! Only the poke bowl was merely "good," as the rice, contrary to the description, wasn't sushi rice but just regular rice. The service was very friendly and attentive; overall, it's a great beach restaurant that lives up to its high price point. Unfortunately, breakfast was too expensive for what it offered. The fried eggs were very tasty, but unfortunately, they were always borderline cold. Scrambled eggs, on the other hand, were hot and also very tasty. The bread was somewhere between hard and rock hard, and the friendly server seemed a bit overwhelmed, even though only two tables were occupied. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time.

The location right on the seafront alone is worth 5 stars. We spent 10 days at Ta Kladia and tried everything. From breakfast to lunch and wood-fired pizza, they have everything your heart desires. Whether you just want a drink, a coffee, or ice cream, there's something for everyone. The terrace is shady, and there's always a sea breeze. On some days, they offer specials like poke bowls or even lobster. Everything was delicious, freshly cooked, and there's usually a fish of the day. Be sure to order the ratatouille as a side dish – it was especially delicious. You can also rent sun loungers and parasols, beach towels, and even stand-up paddleboards. There's also a large parking lot. The service was excellent; everyone was very friendly and attentive. They also have a house wine, which we really enjoyed – Corsican, of course. I'll review the attached hotel separately. But it was wonderful, especially the sea view.
