Good dishes of Indian cuisine, classics, with good portions. We had very good tuna meatballs with vegetables. The vegetable samosas are a little too thick. Good Prawn Biryani served generously.
I have enjoyed Indian food in various countries around the world. But the variety of flavors and the fine balance of spices in this restaurant are in a class of their own! The ambience may seem a bit old-fashioned, but the food is sensational!!
We will come back.
Very good Indian restaurant.
The dishes are well seasoned. The dal and mixed vegetables were delicious.
They also make very good lassis.
We love it 🥰
This restaurant deserves to have more customers. Excellent quality and price ratio!
Excellent Indian restaurant in Metz! A stone's throw from the cathedral. The setting is charming. The cuisine is very good with excellent value for money.
I recently visited this restaurant based on a recommendation. While the food had its ups and downs, the overall experience left me with mixed feelings.
Chai (Indian Tea): Unfortunately, the chai was a disappointment. It tasted overwhelmingly of milk, lacking the essential tea essence. For tea enthusiasts, this is a definite ‘no go.’
Food Highlights:
Garlic Naan: The garlic naan was thick but still worth a try. Its robust flavor and soft texture made up for its size.
Mix Vegetable Curry: On a positive note, the mix vegetable curry was delightful. The flavors were well-balanced, and the vegetables were cooked just right.
Chapatis: However, the chapatis fell short. They weren’t well-cooked, which affected the overall enjoyment of the meal.
In summary, the restaurant has its hits and misses. If you’re craving flavorful curry, it’s worth a visit, but perhaps skip the chai
