We've been customers for over 5 years. There are a few stock shortages on Mondays, but otherwise it's great.

Easy online ordering, excellent organization upon arrival, and a very friendly welcome. I recommend it.

I'm a regular customer of this drive-through. It's best to avoid booking for holidays and plan ahead. But for me, they're always great. Mistakes happen, and they always try to find solutions, even when it's a hiccup on my part or the person making the delivery... Thank you so much!

The drive is efficient and sends us an email when a product is missing and offers us alternatives.

As a long-time customer, I've found this drive-through to have a very friendly team, but unfortunately, this second negative experience is prompting me to leave a review. The wait was an hour and a half, perhaps due to staff shortages that day, but more importantly, there were cars stopped on the highway (which I found dangerous) while some customers cut in line by taking another street. There have already been heated exchanges between drivers; the manager of this drive-through really needs to do something to redirect customers to the queue. For example, I waited an hour and a half for the person who cut in front of me for 30 minutes! So, I can understand that there might be a staffing issue, but not that there's a lack of organization outside the drive-through.

The delivery driver/receiver was very professional and quick with the packaging.
