Tajinier sur Anglet

The buffet was varied and generally of good quality. However, the dessert selection was very limited: only two small panna cotta-style verrines, lacking any real flavor, and some rather mediocre Moroccan pastries (only one was truly worth trying). A major drawback was the service: the atmosphere was tense and unpleasant. We were practically reprimanded for getting up at the same time, even though the restaurant wasn't full… and it was supposed to be a buffet. The same thing happened when we were curtly asked to put our plates at the end of the table. When we asked for water, the waitress looked up without smiling. Frankly, the welcome and service have changed drastically, and not for the better.

We ate at Le Tajinier as a family for the first time tonight and we loved it! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; the dishes were delicious and the atmosphere was absolutely fantastic (I've never been to a restaurant with such a warm and welcoming ambiance: a real Southern vibe), the musicians, the dancer... everything was wonderful. Plus, the decor is simply magnificent. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The atmosphere is very welcoming, the service is incredible, the shows are amazing, the tea is incredible (I highly recommend it), and the food is excellent.

My mother and I had the pleasure of celebrating New Year's Eve at Le Tajinier in Anglet. We were pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with the decor, but especially with the food and the atmosphere. With a wide selection of meats (each more delicious than the last), vegetables, desserts, and so on, we ate exactly as we pleased. The atmosphere also deserves praise; the staff were friendly, efficient, and always smiling. The owner even introduced us to the kitchen team, a nice way of thanking those who prepared such delicious dishes for us. Finally, the dance party was fantastic, the DJ was excellent, and the other guests really joined in the fun. A huge thank you to this restaurant and to everyone who worked so hard to make us happy! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience. The welcome was amazing, the owner was lovely, and the waitresses were efficient. The selection of dishes was great and top quality… and what can I say about the price? 👍 We'll be back as soon as possible.

We liked the food except for the sweets, which were really scarce and all the same.

Superb experience at this tagine restaurant. Pleasant welcome, excellent all-you-can-eat buffet. A nice bonus was the very good tea!
