Arriving by bike around 4 pm on the advice of a passerby, the waitress, Sophie, was cheerful and energetic. She took the time to serve me a good local beer and fill my water bottles even though she was about to close. She then explained their concept of local beers, French meat, and live music… It's a wonderful place for interaction and village life, with dynamic shopkeepers. I'm delighted with this discovery and look forward to returning!

Passing through Viols-le-Fort, we stopped for a visit and, what a surprise! Drawn by the music, we had breakfast there and, one thing led to another, we ended up with two excellent burgers (for the road). This little village is full of hidden gems, and the warm welcome at Tapas Soif makes you want to come back!
