TDTF Paris, France sur Paris

I love it! I lived in this neighborhood for 37 years, I was a pharmacist and shopkeeper here, and I spent a night and a day here on my way back from Montreal. Everything is great!

A warm welcome from friendly and attentive staff. The rooms and hallways could use a little updating, but it's not a deal-breaker since I return regularly.

I want to highlight the strengths of this hotel, which are its staff. From the reception staff to the restaurant and cleaning staff, everyone went out of their way to ensure our complete comfort. The rooms are also very large and comfortable. If you choose this hotel, I recommend opting for the half-board package and asking about the daily special. It's a steakhouse, so the main course is going to be spectacular. The first course is much shorter. On the downside, I wouldn't choose this hotel when the outside temperature is above 20°C. They don't have air conditioning, the windows face two very busy roads at any time of day or night, and the building's design creates a sauna-like effect in the rooms. If it's 20°C outside, you'll find it's at least 27-28°C inside. The rooms also look somewhat worn. The shower water sometimes sprays almost boiling hot. Of the two elevators, we only saw the one on the left working, but it didn't take long to go down. It's very close to a metro stop, but in a space near the hotel to the right, there seems to be a homeless person living there, and there are always one or two suspicious-looking men, possibly selling drugs, right next to the homeless person (one looks Latino and the other is white with curly black hair). If you go in the opposite direction, at a roundabout, there are one or two homeless people sleeping on the street next to the road. People from the shops nearby told us they have to close at midnight, and I think it's for security reasons, so make sure you're back at the hotel around that time.

Hotel and room were clean, the air conditioning was not working, after the cleaning at noon the window of the room I stayed in did not close completely so I slept all night with the window ajar, good thing it wasn't cold and the outside temperature was ok

The complex is starting to show its age. However, the staff does a good job. The room was spacious.

Luxurious hotel, but the rooms are noisy because the doors close by themselves. It's noisy if the room is at the front, facing the street. A room at the back is better.

The staff were pleasant and welcoming. It's a shame that it was very hot in the room and that the air conditioning wasn't strong enough, but the night was pleasant, and if necessary, I could have used the fan provided.

The hotel is easily accessible, but the neighborhood has deteriorated significantly in recent years. The air conditioning wasn't working, and I received no compensation despite the high seasonal price.

The hotel's location is excellent, easily accessible. The metro is a 2-minute walk away. The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable; even though we had been sightseeing all day and were very tired, we woke up feeling rested in the mornings. Breakfast had something to suit everyone. The half-board option, which included dinner, was a great feature. The food was also very delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning system was a bit old and insufficient for a family room of four, so we left the windows open and slept to the sound of birds chirping.

I arrived early for my concert and waited at the Mercure Philharmonie hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and professionalism of the receptionist, Kevin. A big thank you to him!
