It was excellent and delicious!! I really wanted to try a place like this. My friend and I tried the chicken yassa, the mafé, the fataya, a ginger drink, a bissap drink, and to finish, the thiakry. We weren't disappointed, it was fantastic!! The atmosphere is nice and the place is super cozy. There was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it, I think. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it :)

The food was good, although the prices were a bit high considering the portion sizes. The wait was very long, even though the restaurant was practically empty... 1 hour and 15 minutes for a simple mafé... It's a shame, the place has potential.

⭐⭐☆☆☆ The decor was very pretty, and the waitress who greeted us was smiling. However, we were disappointed by the rest of our experience. We ordered a chicken Yassa and a chicken Mafé, along with two grenadine sodas. The grenadine was barely served, as we could hardly taste the syrup. The Yassa arrived without olives, and when we asked why, we were told they were out and that "it was just for decoration." The Mafé was very sparsely filled, lacking the usual vegetables. We were told that the cabbage had "evaporated in the sauce," when in fact, there simply wasn't any. The dishes were good, but for €14.90, we found them rather small. The most disappointing aspect was the lack of consideration and the way the gentleman responded to us. A simple “sorry, we ran out of certain ingredients” would have been more than enough.

Wow! The best African restaurant in Strasbourg, and even the best I've ever tasted! I recommend it 100000000000%! It's good, fresh, and excellent.

The restaurant setting is very nice and the service is adequate. However, the appetizers could be improved for the price. The menu is also inaccurate and contains an error: it doesn't specify that the fish items aren't whole. Furthermore, one of the two was overcooked.

Excellent restaurant. We ordered chicken yassa, fish yassa, and the Teranga assortment as appetizers; everything was superb. Fast service, welcoming staff, and a high chair available for babies. Highly recommended!

They don't know what vegan is, but their vegetarian options are vegan. The plantain (starter) was great! The peanut sauce with rice and vegetables were okay. Peanut sauce needed some umami (soy sauce for example) and it packed a protein (tofu, beans or chickpeas for example). But the fries vegetables were tasty and it was a nice meal. If they added a protein to the vegetarian dish, I would definitely come back!

I often order from this restaurant and I honestly love it. Their food is truly delicious and the owner is very friendly. I highly recommend it.
