I love this restaurant, special mention for the chicken quesadillas and sweet potato fries 🤤 The atmosphere is very nice except when the restaurant is full, the seats are cramped... Otherwise, good food, good service, good music!

Tex-Mex is a restaurant in Orléans, located on a quieter side street parallel to Rue de la République.
The food is good, some better than others. You can create your own Mexican-style tacos, which is great—very high quality. However, I don't recommend the bacon burger; you pay more for a tiny slice of bacon with a questionable aftertaste.
Aside from this minor issue, the staff is pleasant, and the atmosphere is quite calm and friendly!

We had dinner at this restaurant with friends on the opening night of the Christmas market. The atmosphere was fantastic, the portions were very generous and delicious! Special mention goes to the waitress who was incredibly kind; she greatly contributed to our wonderful time. I highly recommend it!

Lunch with friends at this restaurant we used to go to regularly!
The decor hasn't changed, still as nice as ever!
For my part, I ordered chicken tenders with maple syrup, onion rings, and sautéed potatoes with a wheat beer.
I found the chicken tenders overcooked, the onion rings too dry, and the sautéed potatoes too dry—not even a cooking sauce, parsley, garlic, salt, or pepper... the bare minimum!
However, my friend really enjoyed her dish, so I'll come back to try something else!

A friendly restaurant located on Rue Banier that offers burger-oriented dishes but also serves very good salads. Worth the detour.
Edit: Two years later and after 35 years in business, this restaurant is still as excellent as ever. Even though the servers change frequently, the service is always fast and attentive. The owner also contributes to the service and the warm welcome. The dishes are still as good as ever and make you want to come back again and again. Well done, keep it up!
