I was a little disappointed with the new Thai chicken wing recipe. They were very crispy on the outside, but the inside was clearly lacking in flavor and spices. The quality of the chicken also played a role: the meat was less flavorful and a bit drier. It's a shame. I hope the recipe can be improved.

The quality and cooking of the meat are the main areas for improvement: it's not uncommon for one of the six "spicy tenders" we order to go to be raw throughout. It's awful, and we have to throw it away. The beef served with the canapé rice can also be rubbery. This problem aside, the dishes overall, and the Thai spring rolls served with mint and fresh salad leaves, are very good.

I usually order from this restaurant rather than going there in person. But the Pad Thai is really very good and always arrives hot.

30/06/2026: We took the Crazy Horse package which included dinner at Ginger, like many others who reviewed this restaurant. We loved the whole seamless reservation, service, planning and execution of the dinner and show because it made it easy for us to just relax and enjoy the evening. We loved the spring rolls and tuna tartare for staters, the subtle flavoured sea bass and delicious crying tiger beef for mains, the ice cream mocha as well as caramelised pineapple for dessert. Service was good as we chose to eat dinner before the show. The location was great as it was near the theatre.
23/06/2026: A very good restaurant associated with the Crazy Horse where we ate very well.
