Maybe ut was a bad night for them but I found the food very boring, had to ask for soya sauce to add flavour to my chicken Pad Thai. Not an enjoyable meal

This is a small Thai restaurant. It was quite when we went. They have a few vegetarian options. Not a lot but they have enough. They speak English and even the menu has English in it which made us a bit sceptical in the beginning but the food really impressed us. It has simple, authentic flavours. Loads of vegetables that felt fresh. Rice has to be ordered separately for the curry. The service was warm. Definitely a bit on the pricier side though.

I had the lemongrass beef as a starter, the spicy coconut beef as a main course, and the banana with coconut milk for dessert. Everything was delicious!

Ordered the chicken fried rice noodles and I was expecting great flavors with an abundance of chicken mixed in. I was sadly disappointed. It was more noodles and egg with some bean sprouts. I also Ordered the fried shrimp ravioli and that was delicious.

Excellent little neighborhood restaurant. No-frills dining room with a few tables outside. Efficient and friendly service. The menu is quite short (but that's a plus). The dishes are beautiful and very tasty. The portions are ample.

08/10/2025: An unassuming canteen offering tasty, but somewhat oily, traditional Vietnamese specialties. A discreet and quiet place, with prices a little less expensive than those of its competitors on Rue de Belleville. You shouldn't be in a hurry, but the staff is friendly. A must-try!
24/06/2025: Always good to go to Viet Siam!! I'm a regular and it's always delicious, fast, and the staff is very friendly! It's a restaurant that deserves visibility! I recommend the shrimp dumpling soup with noodles or the bo-bun which are excellent
