I’ve been abroad for so long, and it feels amazing to finally find a great Thai restaurant. We came here after reading the reviews. My husband used to live in Bangkok, and I’m from SEA—I love Thai food.
We eat here about three times a week, and I even introduced Thai cuisine to my 3.5-year-old. She loves it and keeps asking to come back. One time we visited at lunchtime when it was very busy, and it was still great. We came back for dinner afterward too—the crowd was more comfortable. Even though we arrived early as walk-ins, they didn’t turn us away, which was really nice.
What we ordered (and loved):
- Pineapple rice — so good.
- Green curry prawns & Tom Yam Goong — so good. They said it’s spicy, but it wasn’t too spicy (still delicious).
- Sticky rice— love that they offer it in the menu, my husband was very happy!
- Prawn spring rolls — on point
- Thai chicken basil — slightly different, but still very tasty.
The owners are friendly and welcoming. The wife is a bit more straightforward at first, but once she realized we’re regulars, she became much warmer.
Overall, we’re really happy and we’ll definitely come back on our next visit to Paris.

We stopped here quite by chance and we're so glad we did!
The Tom Yum soup was excellent and the red curry shrimp were absolutely delicious. We were with our son, who doesn't eat spicy food, and they took the time to adapt his dish. A small gesture that made all the difference.
Thank you for the warm welcome and this lovely family meal. We'll definitely be back!

Thai Siam is a work-horse Thai restaurant. Now we weren't expecting to see a Thai restaurant in a popular Arc de Triomphe area, especially one that looks really legit and authentic. The owners are a Thai couple who genuinely provide a homestyle, authentic cuisine.
The interior is clean and cool, a good change from the myriad of brasseries and cafes. It feels Thai, with a lot of purple hues. In general, you will be seated in a reasonably modern, well spaced, Thai restaurant. Nothing off here.
The food is quite good. Pad Thai was done right, with true fish sauce, and authentic flavors. Definitely not a large scale production. You can feel the family-style authentic recipe. Tom Kha too was well done - a bit tangy, coconut milky, and hearty. Also, the Pineapple Fried rice was done well.
None of the food is mindblowing nor truly a delight from a Thai cuisine connossieur standards. But again, it is your everyday Thai restaurant. The food overall has strong flavors, a tad bit too sweet, salty, fish saucy, etc. However, you can tell that they make it with love. You feel the homestyle recipe.
Finally, the owners are extremely friendly. I have come to be accustomed to unfriendly service in Paris, but this couple is different. They make an effort to create great hospitality.
Not for a date night, but definitely appropriate for a business meal, as well as family outing.

Very good service. They brought water to the table right after we sat down. The portion was generous. Parisian restaurants have bad reputation for service. Yesterday we went to La Opera Cafe by the Galleria Lafayette mall. The server refuses to give water. He said we must buy bottled water. Other french restaurant "Le General Brasserie " had one server good but another time he was ill mannered.
We will not eat at a French restaurant again. Loved this Thai restaurant. Seems like Thai people know how to behave with the customers.
We are traveling from the USA.

Lovely Thai food. The fish wrapped in banana leaf was delicious, highly recommend it. The portion sizes are small. We ordered two prawn dishes and they came in one dish, which was quite small.
