I tried the summer truffle pasta and it was simply delicious!
The flavors were perfectly balanced, the truffle was present without being overpowering, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. A wonderful discovery, I highly recommend it!

Hello, I wanted to give an exceptional review of this place that has forever changed my life. I really appreciate the young waiters who enthusiastically explain the dishes. A true gem!
The service is simply impeccable: warm, attentive, and professional from start to finish. As for the food, it's flawless: ultra-fresh ingredients, nothing frozen, everything is homemade, and you can taste it in every bite. The dishes are perfectly prepared, flavorful, and generous, with a genuine respect for the ingredients. You can feel the passion and dedication behind every plate. On November 14th, we went to the New Thalassa with an association of 25 people; we had booked in advance, of course! The welcome was warm, the service was quick, and the portions were generous. We will be back.

We had lunch on the covered terrace because the mistral wind was blowing hard! The welcome was very friendly, the dishes and desserts were excellent, and the view of the sea was superb. Well done to the whole restaurant team!

We went for a drink and some ice cream and weren't disappointed. The ice cream was very good and the staff were lovely. A potential mistake with the ice cream flavor was rectified with great kindness and generosity :) The view is obviously great and the prices are affordable. I recommend it!

Truly a very good brasserie, go there with your eyes closed!
Quality service, and above all, not to be taken seriously. The servers are all very comfortable, which is ultimately comforting.
A special mention goes to the little blond guy with long hair behind the bar, a diamond in the rough!

Absolutely fantastic! Magnificent sea view yet so close to the city center. The friendliness of everyone, the quality of the food, and exceptional value for money! Daily special, even on Sundays!! And delicious. We've been coming for a very long time, and unlike what often happens, it just keeps getting better and better! A superb place to have a great time.
