One Monday evening, we decided to have dinner at Thanh Binh on a whim. Everything was delicious, fresh, and refined; we thoroughly enjoyed everything from the appetizer to the dessert. The prices are very reasonable, and the manager is lovely—discreet yet providing excellent service. I highly recommend it. Best of luck to you!

While in Bordeaux in January 2026, after searching for restaurants near the Saint Jean train station, we couldn't find what we were looking for. We finally settled on "Thanh Bonh" thanks to the reviews. The welcome was very warm, the service was good, the food was delicious, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this little restaurant. I will definitely return if I'm ever in Bordeaux again.

Without a doubt, the best Vietnamese restaurant in Bordeaux! The spring rolls are delicious, and all the dishes are fresh and homemade. It's simply a delight. I highly recommend it. It's been one of my favorite places for several years!

15/01/2026: We came two years ago and had a wonderful time, but this time it was a huge change. We arrived as a party of five, the restaurant was empty, and there was no one to greet us upon arrival; we had to find our own seats. 🤔 The welcome was very cold, no advice, no drink suggestions, nothing... A table of five arrived shortly after, and I even thought they were going to be turned away, followed by two more tables of two with the same reception. 😱 The payment was the same story: no price was mentioned, nothing, just my credit card, no questions (was it good?...). However, I give 5 stars for the meal; it's still just as good. You really taste the authenticity of Cambodia on the plate. 👏👏👏

27/07/2024: Short stop in Bordeaux in this restaurant, the terrace was crowded in the middle of summer, we took the dining option and it was very nice. The service was fast and quality. No false note for the different dishes tasted. We tested the chicken padd Thai, the chicken and beef mie goren and the Kaï. Dessert of chocolate spring rolls and a scoop of ice cream. The value for money was okay.
