He himself says, "It's filled to the brim," so size L is for those with a big appetite. The dim sum were also excellent. Rue Elie Gintrac has had a bad reputation lately, but it would be a shame to miss this little restaurant, which is well worth the trip 😊

One Monday evening, we decided to have dinner at Thanh Binh on a whim. Everything was delicious, fresh, and refined; we thoroughly enjoyed everything from the appetizer to the dessert. While in Bordeaux in January 2026, after searching for restaurants near the Saint Jean train station, we couldn't find what we were looking for. We finally settled on "Thanh Bonh" thanks to the reviews. The welcome was very warm, the service was good, the food was delicious, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this little restaurant. I will definitely return if I'm ever in Bordeaux again.
