The Rajpoute sur Ornex

More than just a restaurant, Rajpoute has become a special place for my husband and me. It's always a pleasure to return. The service is attentive and the ingredients are fresh. We also had the opportunity to try their spinach, harvested from their garden, and frankly, it was absolutely delicious. We can't wait to go back again! 🪷

Great food, perfect service, overall a . memorable expérience. The gambas curry and lamb tika masala were delicious.

Good food and excellent service

Excellent Indian restaurant, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! Its popularity is clearly deserved. The only downside is the wait time; if you're in a hurry, this isn't the place for you. We waited an hour (no, that's not an exaggeration) to be served. The appetizers and main courses were brought out at the same time (which didn't bother us at all), so that might explain it, but it still felt like a long time. Another negative point: a complimentary cocktail is offered when you're seated. This is a very nice touch, however, our server forgot to mention that it contained alcohol. I don't drink alcohol, so this oversight was quite problematic for me since I only discovered it when I took a sip… I would have appreciated it if the server had informed us that there was alcohol in the cocktails, or even asked if we wanted a cocktail with or without alcohol (since apparently they make non-alcoholic ones for children).

Fully booked tonight, very good, generous portions, attentive service. Gluten-free bread 🤩 If anything, the cleanliness could perhaps be improved.

Sadly, the service is not as good as it used to be. It was much better at the old location. I’ve tried this new location a couple of times now and have mostly been disappointed. They used to serve papadams with sauce, but now it’s just one papadam for two people and no sauce. Unfortunately, the service hasn’t been very friendly either.

Best Indian restaurant and best restaurant in the Geneva area! Never disappointed!

Incredible service and trustworthy staff! I forgot my purse there five days ago and just realized I'd lost it. They've been keeping it safe with my belongings inside. 🤍🤍🤍

A wonderful experience at this Indian restaurant! We went on a Saturday night, so it was very busy, but this didn't affect the quality of service at all. The team was professional and attentive from beginning to end, which is truly appreciated in such circumstances. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Special mention goes to the staff, who were always smiling and available without ever seeming overwhelmed. We will definitely be back!
