I was pleasantly surprised by this little restaurant where we had a very, very good meal: the taste was there, and so was the quantity. The Camembert sauce was truly excellent! I highly recommend it!
My favorite place, by far, in the Normandy region.
Lovely, super cozy, place specialized in meat. The grill is a chimney in the middle of the dinning room, so you get to see how the food is made.
I recommend the Cote de Bouef, 1kg of premium tender beef, with fries, salad and camembert sauce. Also get the blood sausage, the best in the region.
We booked in advance for a busy Saturday evening and we're given a nice table in the rear. The service was very attentive and helpful and we 5 were assisted in our choices. Outstanding quality produce and meat and excellent cooking. Can not recommend highly enough and will return when next we are in town.
