A wonderful discovery! The tielles were absolutely delicious, a real treat! A fantastic introduction to this Sète specialty, which we hadn't tried before. We loved them and highly recommend them!

I buy my tielles at the market from Cianni Marcos, a real treat, the best I've ever eaten. The lady at the counter (I don't know her name) is always smiling and welcoming; she puts a smile on your face and makes you feel right at home.

The best tielles in Sète, without a doubt! I discovered them 5 years ago and I go back every year and stock up in the freezer. They're very generous, and their mussel turnovers are also very good.

Le Corsaire II

10/10/2026: We had a meal for 13 people scheduled an hour before our arrival, and we received a very warm welcome and quick service. We highly recommend it!
29/09/2026: We come to Sète regularly and each time we have at least one meal at Le Corsaire. Excellent service, superb menus, we always enjoy delicious food and the welcome is always very warm.
