The manager and staff were very friendly and attentive; I am a person with a disability! The manager offered me a chair to sit on while I waited for the rest of my order, and the sales assistant helped me with the bag! Thank you so much to everyone! 😘😘😘

The food is excellent, as is the service! You'll never be disappointed at Torigal! If you need your Sunday roast chicken for a family meal or even for yourself, don't hesitate. You can enjoy a homemade meal at a reasonable price.

This rotisserie was recommended to me on CF (presumably a local website), and I've been three times, but I'm still disappointed.
The food is good, however, the service leaves much to be desired. The owner's son is impolite: phone in hand, preferential customers cut in line, no smile, and a feeling of being ignored depending on the situation.
It's a shame, because the concept is appealing and deserves a better level of customer service.

Nothing is more unpleasant than a shopkeeper who doesn't give even two minutes of attention to the customer they're serving, instead chatting with someone who just strolls in and cuts in front of everyone while a pregnant woman waits. The products are good and high-quality, but service matters too.

Hello, I had a whole roast chicken with baked potatoes. The food is very, very good. I really recommend it.
But the amount of potatoes for 1 or 2 people needs to be reviewed because it's really light. Thank you. Keep up the good work. Maybe next time, with more amount this time.
