The manager and staff were very friendly and attentive; I am a person with a disability! The manager offered me a chair to sit on while I waited for the rest of my order, and the sales assistant helped me with the bag! Thank you so much to everyone! 😘😘😘

The food is excellent, as is the service! You'll never be disappointed at Torigal! If you need your Sunday roast chicken for a family meal or even for yourself, don't hesitate. You can enjoy a homemade meal at a reasonable price.

This rotisserie was recommended to me on CF (presumably a local website), and I've been three times, but I'm still disappointed. The food is good, however, the service leaves much to be desired. The owner's son is impolite: phone in hand, preferential customers cut in line, no smile, and a feeling of being ignored depending on the situation. It's a shame, because the concept is appealing and deserves a better level of customer service.

11/05/2026: A good Japanese restaurant in the center of Clermont-Ferrand. However, we waited 25 minutes for our meal to be prepared, and they didn't even offer a discount. No can of soda, nor the usual 10% discount for takeout. Luckily, the sushi and skewers were good.

20/03/2026: Brasserie La Régence A very good quality restaurant with fresh, well-prepared ingredients. They make simple but hearty dishes; the food is delicious. The menu features regional products. In addition, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming.
26/01/2026: Another great find at La Régence. Just as friendly as ever, and the food was excellent. A very warm welcome. We'll be back!
