We are delighted to have used the services of Bringel catering for our wedding and can only recommend this type of service whether for the organization of a wedding or another type of event. From the start of the process, we had a great welcome in the family business from Mr. Bringel for the proposal of the different offers and we were very well informed. We were delighted to see that it was possible to adapt everything to our desires, whether in terms of food, presentation, and other services; we felt that customer satisfaction and product quality were a priority. As the big day approached, the caterer was attentive and ready to modify elements of the initial quote at short notice. On the big day, we really appreciated the service with discreet, efficient and very professional waitresses who took great care while respecting our needs and expectations. The aperitif was magnificent both in terms of presentation and taste/quality of the products. The same goes for the buffet which was very generous. Thank you to the caterer Bringel for contributing to the success and the fact that our wedding was a wonderful day for all of us.

I chose the Bringel caterer for my 25th birthday and I was not disappointed! The quality of the products offered was top notch… I recommend!

Nous avons participé à un mariage samedi dernier au domaine du Hirtz à Wattwiller. l'apéritif et le repas servis par le traiteur Bringel de Guewenheim étaient délicieux, rien à reprocher, nourriture de qualité et variée à l'apéritif et repas excellent. J'ai toutefois été choquée que les adolescents installés dans une petite salle à part aient dû attendre que les mamans des mariés fassent remarquer aux serveuses que rien ne leur avait encore été servi, alors que les adultes avaient déjà fini leur entrée et que les petits en étaient au dessert ! de 20h à 22h15 ces jeunes ont mangé du pain en attendant d'être servis.... dès que le plat chaud a commencé à être prêt, le service a débuté par la 1ère table près des cuisines...à quelle heure les jeunes auraient-ils été servis si les serveuses n'avaient pas été informées par les mamans ?! inadmissible de laisser des jeunes deux heures sans rien manger, l'apéro étant loin car le repas a débuté à 20 h

We had the pleasure of being able to enjoy a bitronomic cocktail and meal for our wedding on 05/18/2024. I recommend 100%, absolutely everything was delicious, whether the food or the drinks (wines, beers, juices...) everything was unanimously appreciated by all our guests. The support from the first meeting until the end of the wedding is great, Mr. Bringel has personalized our menu according to our tastes, seasonal products, all while respecting the allergies and diets of each of our guests . We hallucinated quantities on the big day, and yet there were very few leftovers! Once again a treat, the service was absolutely great, thank you to the team for their investment, and for signing our kaplas (you will recognize yourself ^^)

Excellent service for my daughter's wedding on 05/18/2024 (90 people) organized at the Steinlé sheepfold in Orbey. From the cocktail, to the table service and from the cheese buffet to the desserts, everything was perfect and the staff very professional, despite a memorable storm. I highly recommend
