We ordered the "Copains" buffet for a birthday party. The presentation was beautiful, and there was plenty of it... It was enjoyed by everyone. Thank you! Highly recommended.

We had planned a family gathering before our children's wedding and were very impressed by the communication leading up to the event, the organization on the day itself, and the delicious food, worthy of a fine restaurant. We had complete peace of mind knowing we were in good hands and were truly able to enjoy our guests. Highly recommended!

We ordered appetizers and a salad bar. The appetizers were delicious: mini burgers, breadsticks, wraps—everything was perfect. However, we were disappointed by the salads, which didn't taste like homemade salads but rather like pre-made salads from a store. They were very salty. We'll order the appetizers again, but not the salad bar. Delivery was perfect and on time.

As usual, Ets Bringel provided excellent service, both in terms of the meal served and the professionalism of the staff. Bringel is a sure bet.

Wonderful buffet for a wedding anniversary

Excellent quality products for both meat and fish. Beautiful presentations. More than enough portions. The caterer adapts to the size of our refrigerators. Everyone was amazed by the dishes at the Délices du Sud buffet! I highly recommend this caterer!
