What a wonderful encounter!!! I loved it! Very good feasts beautifully presented on beautiful, modern and refined tableware. My epicurean darling and I ordered the 21-euro menu... STARTER, MAIN COURSE, AND DESSERT... to die for!!! Refined and simple setting, no fuss. A warm and professional welcome. The chef may seem "cold," but he's actually very conscientiously focused on his work. You can tell he's a very demanding person. 👍 I loved the slightly Korean feel to the interactive way he prepares the dishes. Top notch!!! In any case, I'll definitely be back. Very good, the chef prepares it right in front of us. The dishes are beautiful and appetizing. Small, human-sized restaurant. A victim of its own success, you must book. I highly recommend it.

Very well-prepared dishes, impeccable service. The decor could use some improvement to match the quality of the food. The menu consists of two starters, two main courses, and two desserts. The menu changes between lunch and dinner. However, there are no other dishes, which can be problematic for vegetarians. This remains the must-visit restaurant in Contrexéville.

Excellent restaurant. Small dining room, but exquisite dishes and very well-prepared cuisine... it's well worth a Michelin-starred restaurant at a more reasonable price. A must-visit, make sure you book your tickets. Today, the family had scallop fritters, chuck steak medallions, and cod loin. The meal can be paired with treatments at the spa, and the menu becomes a starter, main course, and dessert with a succulent amuse-bouche.

Last address after a nice holiday. Very nice concept by two professionals. Food is delicious, service great! A 'must-to-do'!
