04/04/2026: A delicious dinner. Beautifully original. Generous portions. And all this with an added constraint: I can't eat gluten. The chef knew this and prepared dishes accordingly. Thank you! We all thoroughly enjoyed it. We'd love to go back. See you soon.

18/05/2026: Magnificent hotel. Spacious and comfortable room. The staff is pleasant, very friendly, and helpful. The pool, the spa, and the proximity to the town center are all excellent. If you're passing through Contrexéville, book this hotel!
12/05/2026: We spent five days at this hotel near the Contrexéville thermal baths and have wonderful memories of our stay. The building is magnificent, full of charm, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention also goes to the restaurant: the meals were excellent and the service was top-notch. We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay. We recommend this hotel without hesitation and will gladly return.
