A fantastic, welcoming restaurant. I was blown away by the quality of the food. You'll also have the chance to watch the chef prepare and plate the dishes right in front of you.

Exactly the kind of place we love: a chef working alone in the kitchen, just one person serving, for a maximum of twenty covers. The menu is updated every two or three days to guarantee fresh ingredients, maximum enjoyment in the kitchen thanks to its diversity, and therefore an unconditional love of good food, but prepared with delicacy and great care. Our taste buds are the ones most rewarded, especially after (for example) a visit to the spa at the thermal baths, which are literally a 60-second walk away.

Arrived unexpectedly. How lucky to get a table! I understand why a reservation is essential. The food is flavorful, delicate, and original without being extravagant. A touch of izakaya with its seasonal dishes greatly contributes to the quality of the place. The waitress is very attentive, serving you with humor and a smile. The dishes are served as soon as they're ready. I regret the background music, which is just radio-friendly, completely out of place. Oh well. We'll make do. It's not what I look for in a restaurant. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience that delighted my taste buds and my mind.

We stumbled upon this place quite by chance during our travels and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dinner. The duck breast with honey and mustard and the nougat ice cream were simply sublime. Highly recommended. An excellent restaurant.

Having dined at Les Commis in March 2026, I suddenly realize I hadn't left a review. Perhaps it was a good thing I didn't, because I've decided to rectify that tonight after dining at a delicious restaurant in Annecy… so why suddenly? Because we were discussing restaurants, quality, and experience, as everyone knows how to do after a good meal… and Les Commis rekindled our enthusiasm. Committed, delicate, and attentive cuisine – we highly recommend it. A sure bet… we'll be back!! Thank you again for this wonderful meal!!
