Excellent restaurant! We spent two nights in Contrexéville. Since I don't eat meat, I called the day before to make sure there would be vegetarian/fish options for me. They said yes, so we went for dinner that evening and the meal was wonderful! The restaurant is very small and cozy with a great atmosphere. The manager and the chef (who cooks in the dining room) are very kind. We loved it so much that we couldn't just eat there once! The lunch menu the next day only had meat, but the chef made me a seafood risotto, which was just as excellent. If we're ever back in Contrexéville, we'll definitely return! Thank you for your warm welcome and your excellent, local cuisine :)
