Everything was perfect – the welcome was excellent, despite my mistake with the website when booking. (By the way, be careful with the advertisements on the restaurant's website; it's best to call the staff to make a reservation – I think you know who I am ;) ) On our plates, only the finest ingredients, expertly prepared by a truly outstanding chef. A place to know and discover – we highly recommend it! Thank you both!

Visited with my partner, and we weren't disappointed at all! The owners are very welcoming, and thank you for changing the menu to include the veal shank! A very good culinary experience! I highly recommend it!

It was a feast! I was traveling alone and simply wanted to treat myself. I indulged in a three-course meal: two fish dishes and a dessert. It was fantastic. I speak very little French, yet the service was wonderful. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The wine was also excellent. Thank you!

18/05/2026: Magnificent hotel. Spacious and comfortable room. The staff is pleasant, very friendly, and helpful. The pool, the spa, and the proximity to the town center are all excellent. If you're passing through Contrexéville, book this hotel!
12/05/2026: We spent five days at this hotel near the Contrexéville thermal baths and have wonderful memories of our stay. The building is magnificent, full of charm, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention also goes to the restaurant: the meals were excellent and the service was top-notch. We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay. We recommend this hotel without hesitation and will gladly return.
