Having dined at Les Commis in March 2026, I suddenly realize I hadn't left a review. Perhaps it was a good thing I didn't, because I've decided to rectify that tonight after dining at a delicious restaurant in Annecy… so why suddenly? Because we were discussing restaurants, quality, and experience, as everyone knows how to do after a good meal… and Les Commis rekindled our enthusiasm. Committed, delicate, and attentive cuisine – we highly recommend it. A sure bet… we'll be back!! Thank you again for this wonderful meal!!

A very warm welcome, and the food was absolutely top-notch. The fresh, seasonal produce is cooked with passion, and the table service is impeccable. This couple who run the restaurant go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. We will gladly return! Thank you!

Small, unpretentious dining room (20 seats, reservations required!). Friendly service. Very limited menu (2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 desserts), same for the wine list. Good, fresh ingredients. Prices are average. Original starters (prawns in curry sauce, foie gras cream), more conventional main courses and desserts (cod loin, sirloin steak). A good meal in a pleasant atmosphere.

This restaurant doesn't look like much, but the chef is excellent. Everything is fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. However, the service prevented us from returning (is it typical Vosges rudeness? No smiles, we barely dared ask for bread). Be aware that if you order just one dish, you'll be charged an extra 5 euros (it's clearly stated), which is rather harsh for someone who is ill and can't eat in the evening. Lateness is also penalized (this was pointed out to us). Ultimately, it's a shame because we would have loved to return and savor the artfully and ingeniously prepared dishes.

There are still real restaurants where you can find real chefs; if you're looking for one, go there, otherwise go somewhere else.
