Simply the best Chinese restaurant in Paris

Had a fantastic experience at Tricotin and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine in Paris. From the moment we arrived, the restaurant had a lively atmosphere and the staff were welcoming and efficient despite how busy it was. The highlight of the meal was definitely the duck, which was cooked perfectly. The meat was tender, juicy, and packed with flavour, while the skin had just the right amount of crispiness. Another standout dish was the crispy rice, which had an amazing crunchy texture and was incredibly satisfying to eat. Every dish we ordered was fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully prepared. The portions were generous, making it great value for money, especially considering the quality of the food. It’s easy to see why this place is so popular. Whether you’re visiting with friends, family, or simply craving authentic Chinese food, Tricotin is a fantastic choice. Looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes from the menu.

It's always nice to go there for dinner and lunch.

A true Chinese canteen, I've been going there since I was a child. Rie nem lao is top-notch. Lots of fresh choices, super fast service. Maybe too cold or too noisy for some, but that's the style of the restaurant (I like it).

Excellent restaurant with table service. I had soup and steamed dumplings. The dining room was noisy, about three-quarters full. The servers were attentive and caring. There are many Asian dishes. The menu is extensive. I took the time to look at it before arriving.

Never disappointed. Every time we come to Paris, we make sure to stop by. The portions are generous and the dishes are always full of flavor. I highly recommend the shrimp ravioli soup and especially the crispy shrimp and vegetable noodles. The desserts are pretty much the same. The tricolor coconut milk dessert is delicious and quite iconic. However, it's extremely noisy; it's often crowded, so I personally wear noise-canceling headphones. The service is quick and efficient. Given the number of people, the servers don't have much time for formalities, so they can seem a bit cold, but when it's less busy, they're all very friendly and offer good advice about local events. Today we even came to Paris specifically to eat at Tricotin. Definitely worth the trip!

Best Chinese restaurant in Paris! A pleasure to eat there every time I'm there. It's always busy, so the service is rather fast and the atmosphere noisy. It can feel strange sharing a table with other people, but overall it's a pleasant place where you can eat well and still have a quiet conversation. Huge respect to the staff because the service is always impeccable despite the crowds!

It's a really cozy, family-run place, and the clientele is always the same. I've been coming here for over 10 years, and the quality remains consistent. The food is delicious, of very high quality, and has truly retained its flavor over the years. The seating is pleasant, and the decor is simple. If you go, I especially recommend the pho. But in any case, I highly recommend this place!
