I'm not from Strasbourg but this is my favorite restaurant since a local recommended it to me. I really liked the ceviche and the marinated tuna, very fresh, very good. And the wine selection is also a plus 👌🏼

Edit: back 2 years later and what a disappointment!! I think the chef changed because we were no longer on the same flavors at all. Very classic and expected things, like salmon + avocado on 3/4 of the menu. Rolls, bowls... Did we go to Sushishop? The beef tataki was good but the tiny bowl of rice that came with it was a bit laughable. And the 3 frozen mochis for €10 for industrial... good. The first time I was blown away, I told everyone about it, but now I don't recommend this address.
Initial opinion: cuisine worthy of a gourmet restaurant. It was truly a discovery of incredible flavors. I recommend the scallops which are excellent. We will come back !
Rarely do I give 5 stars to a restaurant but this one is well worth it!
Everything was excellent from starter to dessert! Well done to the chef, very fast service!
The advice I can give is to work a little more on the decoration, which is very basic and not at all personalized, apart from the two small wooden llamas at the top of the shelves. It's a shame for a cuisine that fuses two cultures.
