Without a doubt the best kebab in Valognes. Absolutely wonderful, the man in the kitchen is smiling and welcoming. His burger is delicious with great homemade bread, quality meat and a wonderful white sauce!!!

Cozy place, very clean: just the space you need to sit and eat a hot kebab (the bread is fresh/good, as well as the toppings, at €7.5 sandwich+fries+sauce). Large selection of drinks and sauces. Very pleasant and welcoming chef-preparer.

Chance would have it ! The hazards of our journey led my friend and I to make a stop in Valognes. Seized by one of his irresistible cravings, we set our sights on a (good?) kebab. And what a surprise! It’s indeed a good kebab that we found at Turquoise! We were immediately well received by a kebabier who was friendly in every respect, and we felt at ease. The order (two spoil kebabs (because yes, here in Valognes, at least at Turquoise, we don't say bread but spoil, sign of a happy mix of cultures), Algerian sauce for one and white sauce (probably homemade ) and Moroccan for the other; out of greed we added to that a large tray of very well cooked fries, mayonnaise sauce) was served in a short time, in accordance with what one expects from a fast food restaurant. Tired from our journey, we preferred not to eat there but in a nearby park. The light drizzle did not spoil this good meal with friends. What was our surprise at the following observation: a sandwich that was not very fatty but generous. ; the meat well cooked, and a good distribution of sauces. Speaking of which, the white sauce (probably homemade) was comforting. If our journey one day brings us back to Valognes, we will without hesitation order from Le Turquoise. Thank you, friend !
