We love your pizza! However, today the crust was dry. The preparation was subpar! I am very disappointed! Please improve the quality of your pizzas so I can enjoy them in the future.

I really like this pizzeria; we've ordered several times without disappointment, except for tonight. I don't recognize the pizza dough or the flavors we're used to. Out of curiosity, and wanting to give a positive review, I called, but the person on the phone didn't seem concerned by my well-intentioned request.
