We had a wonderful evening: first of all, a superb welcome, we were able to dine on the terrace and enjoy a charcuterie board (shared between two), a breaded veal escalope with perfectly roasted hazelnuts, and a hazelnut tiramisu and hazelnut cake. Cervione rightfully prides itself on being the hazelnut capital of Corsica. We will definitely return to eat at this typical inn, hidden from tourists, hoping that the chef (76 years old) is still at the helm in the kitchen. It's a truly charming place.

Having come on a recommendation, we enjoyed a delicious John Dory fillet and a succulent beef fillet. The meat was tender, the fish exquisite. The hazelnut praline dessert is also worth trying – it's delicious! The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back!

I love coming here. It's a lovely place, very comfortable, and they have a great selection of wines and dishes.
I always enjoy coming back.
They also offer the Entfant menu or smaller pasta portions for children.

The setting is very pleasant with its large terrace. We were given a table without a reservation. The pizza was €7, small but very good and ideal for sharing as an appetizer or starter.
The grilled swordfish was delicious. My only slight criticism is that I would recommend a different side dish than fries for the veal escalopes. Not that they weren't good, but they were a bit heavy. The ratatouille was delicious.
The gourmet coffee was excellent and generous (be sure to save room!). Very good value for money.

I have a mixed impression of this family run restaurant. Beignets excellent. All our main dishes not really our taste. Deserts very good, especially the hazelnut tiramisu has been excellent! Prices fair.
