The staff were very welcoming and responsive. We had breakfast and dinner, and a complimentary digestif was offered. The restaurant was excellent, both in terms of quality and quantity. Flawless. We highly recommend it.

We ate at U San Teofalu today and were absolutely thrilled! The €20 trout set menu was simply fantastic and freshly prepared, and the €6 wine was very good. The service was also exceptionally friendly and attentive – kudos! Luckily, we had reserved a table in advance, which turned out to be a great idea. If you're in the area, you absolutely must eat here; it comes highly recommended. We'll definitely be back. A definite recommendation!

Located in the heart of Corte on Place Paoli, this restaurant offered the San Teofalu salad, a true delight for the taste buds, and the equally delicious shrimp and avocado mille-feuille. The portions were generous, the staff very friendly, and the waitress always smiling. If you're ever in Corte, don't hesitate to stop by.
