We stopped in Macinaggio and ate at this lovely restaurant U scalo. I have to say that Daniela's service was impeccable and she was very kind and helpful. The spaghetti with clams needed reviewing, let's say with a poor standard; they didn't have much flavor to improve!!!! The location is very nice on the port and is really helpful, as is the pizzeria and the guys who work there, very helpful. The pizza, I must say, is decent. On a positive note, the Patrimonio rosé wine is excellent! I recommend it.

TOGETHER WITH A GROUP OF FRIENDS, STOPOVER AT THE PORT, WE DISCOVERED THIS PLACE, MAINLY RUN BY ITALIANS, INCLUDING THE KITCHEN MANAGEMENT. We ate well, the portions were plentiful and of high quality, and the pizza was also good (it's no coincidence that Daniela, who served us, immediately demonstrated competence and courtesy, as did all the staff. I personally recommend their linguine a scanu, a single dish with lots of fish... we'll return on our next trip from Tuscany for a holiday.

From the appetizer to the after-dinner drink, everything is beyond excellent, with more than reasonable prices and aromas coming from the open oven that delight even without tasting.
The waiters are excellent, especially Daniela, who is the star at the top of the tree. 🤩😁
