While visiting the village, we stumbled upon this restaurant. The food was superb, not a single false note—true Corsican cuisine. The welcome was very friendly. Definitely worth remembering if you're in the area.
A very warm welcome, a magnificent setting, and exquisite cuisine, especially the "Corsican shredded veal with olives and porcini mushrooms." I highly recommend it.
