Discovered by chance during our tourist wanderings, this restaurant is a gem and really worth the detour. Finally, an establishment that does everything possible for the well-being of the guests who entrust their taste buds to it. No false notes, a beautiful melody from starter to dessert. In short, I highly recommend!

Under new control in the kitchen. The chef, Jo (Jonathon Enée), is obviously experienced and creative and with many innovative ideas for his fayre. A menu that is satisfyingly short. We were delighted to find vegan options for every course. A huge surprise in France.
If you are in the Bayeux area, you must go once, and you will return with a new sense that there is more out there than the usual boring menus!
