A very nice little neighborhood bar; the food is decent, although simple (and a bit greasy). The cocktails are good and the servers are friendly (and brave enough to face the daily rush).

A bar like they don't make anymore in Paris. Not a single flaw; the atmosphere and service are impeccable. The food is affordable and delicious. We highly recommend it. And thank you again to Gaby for her warm welcome and kindness 🥰🥰

Beautiful as this Parisian night! New to the city, I was looking for a small bar with an authentic atmosphere. That's when I discovered this magnificent and welcoming place. I met Laurie and Gaby, the two lovely waitresses. I must commend our hosts for their professionalism. For the first time, I understand Parisians' love for their culture. If you're looking for a warm, delicious, and friendly place, Upper is for you.

Pret a Manger

11/09/2026: AYA communicates her smile and joy simply but powerfully to customers and her entire team!
10/09/2026: The food was okay, but overpriced for what it was. The service was decent. Not a bad experience, but I wouldn't go back if I had other dining options.

Le Lizard Lounge

22/09/2026: At the last minute, I wanted to celebrate my birthday, but I didn't have a place. A friend recommended this bar, and shortly after making my request, I received a reservation confirmation for my nine guests. Once there, we were warmly welcomed. It wasn't too crowded for a Friday night, the waiters and bartenders were lovely, and the drinks and snacks were excellent. I recommend this place 1000%! Plus, there was a DJ from 10 pm, so we could dance until closing time! See you soon!
13/08/2026: A cozy little spot for an evening drink in the heart of Paris, but the unusual decor wasn't to my taste. The service was efficient and quick.
