I found myself in a bad situation with my nickel card and the tobacconist was very accommodating, and much more empathetic than the customer service itself.. And I will add that the manager is very friendly and welcoming, so if you need a stop at the tobacconist, bar etc. Please know that I highly recommend it to you, without any hesitation.
