A very nice place for skiing in March. We arrived after a snowfall. However, not all the trails were groomed, and not all the trails were groomed daily.

Beautiful area, good shops, good restaurants, lots of things to do on site. Shuttle service available, plenty of trails for snowshoeing or skiing, I highly recommend it.

We were forced to buy the full ski pass for beginner lessons – a shame, because some resorts offer free slopes or different prices for access to a few slopes versus all slopes. It's a significant expense during our stay.

Some lifts could use an upgrade. Footrests and backrests are also available. Skis are also carried in the gondola. Not all slopes are equally well-groomed. It's better to choose black than red.

20/01/2026: Fantastic place! The first place we set foot in upon arriving in Valfrejus, and we have absolutely no regrets! We've returned on other days when they had events going on, and it's always been a wonderful experience. Don't hesitate to take advantage of the spa as well; it's incredibly relaxing after a day of skiing! The staff are always welcoming and friendly, thank you! 🥰
