Some lifts could use an upgrade. Footrests and backrests are also available. Skis are also carried in the gondola. Not all slopes are equally well-groomed. It's better to choose black than red.

A charming, human-scale resort, ideally located in the heart of the mountains. The slopes are varied and well-maintained, with stunning panoramic views, making skiing truly enjoyable. The atmosphere is family-friendly and more relaxed than in larger resorts, a real plus for a peaceful stay. In the village itself, you'll find all the essentials nearby, and everything is easily accessible on foot. One small point for improvement: some of the facilities could use a little updating, but this doesn't detract from the overall charm of the resort.

Summer holidays 2025. We went for a day because the Orelle resort is not lively, a shame! Valfréjus: Magnificent, lively with friendly restaurants and shops. To do again in winter 😊

20/01/2026: Fantastic place! The first place we set foot in upon arriving in Valfrejus, and we have absolutely no regrets! We've returned on other days when they had events going on, and it's always been a wonderful experience. Don't hesitate to take advantage of the spa as well; it's incredibly relaxing after a day of skiing! The staff are always welcoming and friendly, thank you! 🥰
15/01/2026: A very friendly place with live music some evenings. Their Savoyard platter is fantastic and their Mango draft beer is very good. We stop by every time we come to Valfrejus.
