VALENTHEZE campsite-auberge sur Montcabrier

What a fantastic campsite! From super hospitable and dedicated owners, large spacious pitches with plenty of shade, a lovely swimming pool, a friendly and pleasant atmosphere, delicious food and plenty for the children to do, right down to the beautiful location and tips shared for exploring the surrounding area. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the campsite. We received a very warm welcome, were given a beautiful spot, and there is a very nice restaurant where you can dine. We are now at a different campsite and miss the morning newspaper every day. We recommend Déjà vu to everyone!

Large pitches with plenty of shade. Lovely family runs the campsite.

Maurice and Astrid are very friendly, committed, and customer-oriented owners with two very friendly daughters. We were faced with an unexpected, serious car breakdown. It turned out that the owners' relationship with a local garage run by Dutch people was worth its weight in gold. Although the garage is fully booked for 3 months with local regulars, we were helped with priority within 3 days. With the mention that they make an exception for Dejavu customers, we received wonderful assistance and were able to continue our trip for another 3 weeks later! The campsite exudes nature and silence (peace), and the pitches are very spacious. What is special is that every morning not only are fresh bread rolls available, but you can also take home a homemade campsite newspaper, which always contains fun tips for activities that day. Dinner is simple but very tasty. The hamburger was my favorite. The swimming pool is situated in a lovely spot. So we can certainly confirm what is said about it! We can highly recommend this campsite. We will definitely be back again. Josje and Nico

What a wonderful holiday we had: a lovely large pitch, sun and shade, and a nice view! Furthermore, we really enjoyed the hospitable owners and their delicious food! Highly recommended for anyone who loves old-fashioned camping! Thanks Maurice and Astrid !!!

Another wonderful stay at this campsite. As always, we received an incredibly warm welcome, enjoyed delicious meals in the restaurant every evening, and had a nice drink together.
