Excellent steamed meal at Vapeurs et Gourmandises in Reims. The sea bass fillet with Espelette pepper and chorizo ​​was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and light—ideal when you're hungry without feeling guilty. Top-notch service, well-chosen wines (the Pinot Noir was perfect), cozy atmosphere—we highly recommend it!
