A wonderful discovery! We enjoyed it from start to finish, and that's worth saying. And finish with a homemade dessert (red berry panna cotta) that's simply excellent. Go for it with your eyes closed!

A wonderful discovery on the Place du Forum in Reims! At Vapeur et Gourmandises, steam absolutely doesn't rhyme with blandness—quite the opposite. Each dish is a concentrate of flavors, delicate and perfectly mastered. Special mention goes to the red mullet, perfection, and the red berry panna cotta… mamma mia, a true delight! The welcome is warm, and the managers are attentive and passionate about their cuisine. I highly recommend this place for an original and delicious culinary experience.

Such a fresh and amazing place to eat in Reims! We have come for lunch here two days in a row because we loved it so much! The way they steam the food makes everything so delicious and was so unique. The desserts and champagne selection were also fantastic! We had one of our favorite champagnes here which is saying a lot given all the wonderful options in the region. The staff were also very welcoming which truly made the experience!

09/12/2024: We came for a couple's meal on a Friday lunchtime, we opted for the "La Douzième Heure" menu. What a great discovery, from appetizers to dessert, we were won over by the chef's proposals. All the products were well crafted and the presentation sober. We thank the entire team for their welcome, their attention and their availability throughout the meal. The sommelier's advice as well as that given during the tasting of the cheese plate were invaluable. We will definitely come back and congratulate all the staff for their work. It was a pleasure to eat in this restaurant!
