Not clean and smell of sewage in the room. That was the first time. No more problems since.

Service at the standard level. On the other hand, the maintenance of the rooms leaves something to be desired: bedroom door which locks before closing. We leave with the door open. Reported during stay but not repaired on departure. Basin detached from its surface in the bathroom, sliding doors unhinged... a lot of details that are missing in terms of service. Free charging sockets for Customers' electric vehicles would be necessary.

We had a 3 night stay because my husband was working nearby. Honestly, we were almost all alone in the hotel for 3 days, it was really nice. The room is spacious and functional, large bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen with courtesy kit. Cleanliness not great in the toilets on the other hand, spider web and sim card next to the trash can so I wondered if it had been done. There is a very pleasant covered outdoor swimming pool. The gym is small but does the job. The spa on the other hand is 20€ per hour per person, a bit of a shame. The restaurant is very good, we did it one evening. Good value for money for the night around €130 without breakfast however I find the extras not cheap like breakfast, the spa, the price of snacks. Also practical, it is opposite the Carré Senart shopping center so a few minutes from Action, Aldi, Picard, Burger King and quite a few restaurants in Westfield a little further away and a cinema. I recommend

Room OK. Unfortunately the service from some employees is catastrophically bad! Therefore, if you need something and are instructed to do it, just ask the nearest hotel employee! ;)

The experience was pleasant. The room is spacious but a little dated. The spa is pleasant and the reception staff welcoming. On the other hand, the breakfast was extremely disappointing: the juices all had a strange taste, the same for the cold cuts. The eggs were not fresh. The pain au chocolat was bad. This point must be changed at all costs. This is the worst breakfast ever tasted in a hotel for me.
