A real gem ❤️... What a wonderful discovery Le Vardéchois in Hyères was! We loved it from start to finish. Authentic, home-style cooking, entirely homemade, with generous, flavorful, and absolutely delicious dishes. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a charming vintage feel that adds a lot of character and brings back fond memories. The waitresses are friendly, professional, and attentive. A moment of pure pleasure... A place to recommend without hesitation.

Great atmosphere, very reasonable prices for drinks, impeccable service, and there was a raclette event with an exceptional welcome. I ate there on the 23rd, there were 8 of us, and we had a great time!

Good food, good set menus, homemade fries, top-notch

Disappointed with the quality and quantity of the food. Lunchtime, but well, meh, I expected much better, like a few years ago. Dark, noisy place. And one thing that's not normal: they don't accept credit cards! Funny how cash is easier to take 🤔🤔, they accept checks but... the waitress gave me a nasty look...🥶 In short: a very average roadside diner.

Superb, very good food. Admittedly, the atmosphere that evening was a bit noisy due to regulars who were more interested in the bar than the karaoke, but overall, an excellent experience. We will gladly return. Moreover, the value for money was excellent. The bill was very reasonable.

An authentic and simple restaurant: generous, excellent pizzas at a great price. We received a warm welcome and excellent service.
