Fantastic! The menu is based on local products and presented on a slate. The fish soup was beautifully presented with croutons, rouille, and a small cheese. The pollack (fish), accompanied by a seasonal vegetable fondue, was excellent. The mullein sausage is a must-try.
And also, the service was impeccable and efficient. The waitress is so well-organized that it's a spectacle in itself. She never seems rushed, yet everyone is served quickly and kindly, and the restaurant was full! Bravo!
