Flawless from start to finish. A cozy atmosphere in the evening, in a restaurant with a personal touch. Discreet yet highly efficient service. The dishes are very elaborate, bursting with flavor. The foie gras fritters were a perfect balance of crispness and tenderness. The roasted turbot with potato scales was a truly original presentation, with excellent flavors and impeccable cooking. For dessert, the almond-raspberry crisp was also delicious and beautifully presented. A truly wonderful experience overall.
